Available Grants:

1. First Home Owners Grant – $10,000

The First Home Owners Grant provides first home buyers or builders with a grant of up to $10,000. You also must be at least 18 years old and an Australian citizen or permanent resident to qualify.

– First Home Owner Duty Concession

Good news for first home owners! If you qualify for a first home owner grant or are an Indian Ocean Territory resident acquiring your first home, you may be entitled to this duty concession.

To be eligible, the dutiable value of the land should also not exceed $300,000. This concession is applicable to all 3 categories for sale at TrueVine Corfield – Land, House & Land Package and Move-In Ready Homes.

2. The Building Bonus Grant – $20,000

To boost the construction industry in Western Australia, the Building Bonus has been set in place for purchases from 4 June to 31 Dec 2020. You can receive a $20,000 grant by building your new home.

Foreigners are eligible for the Building Bonus Grant too.

3. The HomeBuilder Grant – $25,000

You may be eligible for the HomeBuilder Grant of $25,000 to build your new home. Do take note of the income caps, property value and other requirements to be eligible. Similar to the Building Bonus Grant, this is time-limited and has to be signed from 4 June to 31 Dec 2020.
